Key Documents Required for PM Vishwakarma Yojana
1. Aadhaar Card
For authentication the applicant’s identity in online database, Aadhaar Card is mandatory.
2. Address Proof
Proof of address is mandatory to determine the applicants address. Commonly accepted address proofs include:
- Aadhaar Card (if there is current address present)
- Utility Bills (Electricity, Water or Gas)
- Ration Card
- Voter ID
3. Proof of Trade or Occupation
Since the scheme specifically targets traditional artisans and craftspeople, you need to submit proof of your trade that your working. Acceptable document:
- Certificate of Trade or Skill from a recognized body.
- Trade License (if applicable)
- Affidavit or Self-declaration of your occupation
- Photographic evidence of the workplace or tools used in the trade
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable)
For artisans from SC, ST or OBC. a caste certificate may be required to access specific benefits or reservations under the scheme.
5. Bank Account Details
The scheme provides financial assistance directly to the beneficiaries bank accounts. you must have:
